CHOO CHOO was visiting Radio Capital FM Studio for a short interview today. The interview will be broadcasted several times within the next couple of weeks as a teaser for the coming Gurtenfestival.

It’s been 3 months since CHOO CHOO released it’s debut album. And boy, it’s been an amazing time.

We played shows every weekend, we did our first tour in France and Italy and by doing so we met hundreds of interesting people, seen beautiful places and made new friends. Well, as the club seasons is about to fade out slowly into the summer break, it’s getting a little calmer here at camp CHOO CHOO.

We are currently busy working on new songs, which is great fun. In the end, there is nothing else as good as getting a new song finished. This is what a band is all about, right.

Of course we are all longing for summer. You know, BBQs, swimming in the river and just having a good time. Beside that we are of course all very excited about the couple of festival gigs that are ahead of ous. Above all our show at this year’s Gurtenfestival. We really hope to see you there.

We are really sorry that we had to cancel last night’s gig at Chez Zak in Paris. Our singer’s voice was just not there. He caught a cold last week and after the gig in Rouen his voice was almost gone.
He’s currently drinking tea and taking medecine, so we will be back in full force for the gigs remaining on this tour.
