What a beautiful golden fall it’s been this year. Just as winter is starting to creep in for good now – It’s time for a short update on what’s happening in camp CHOO CHOO.

We’re still amazed on how much radio love our new single “It’s a good Thing” is getting here in Switzerland. DRS 3 is giving it a spin almost every single day. Also, we’re really happy to finally being able to offer limited and very special 7″ Vinyl Singles, exclusively through our own webstore. The single contains a fantastic Disco-Remix by up and coming Artist Pharao Black Magic. The two limited versions contain an extra Mix by We Love Machines. Next, we can finally confirm that our new Album “CANNES” will be released in January 2011 via Chop Records. Over the course of the last weeks we have been finalizing the beautiful Artwork for it. We’re really pleased with the outcome and can’t wait to receive the first copies of it – hot & fresh from the press.

As the release of the Album is getting closer we’re working hard on our new live-set. Means, we’re currently spending every free minute in our rehearsal room. We really can’t wait to finally start playing liveshows again.

Love / CHOO CHOO

Working with producer Kalle Gustaffson we realized we can really raise the bar this time. We decided on a great selection of songs to be recorded for the album and commited ourselves to do everything to get the most out of these tunes. If this takes more time – we will take the time. Garage days are definitely over.

When we’ll leave the studio this Monday we will have 4 songs fully finished. Among them an amazing tune that we plan to release as our 1st single around springtime.

We will return to Svenska Grammofon Studion in April this year to finish the rest of the songs for the album. Oh man, this is gonna be a great journey.
